“Referred by a local neighbor and there was no disappointment by any means. The business owner Terry, and one of the installers arrived on time and were polite and friendly. They installed two ceiling fans and updated both of the electrical boxes with a beam support which would keep the fan from sagging on one side or falling down from the ceiling. “Just had the best experience with Permanent Floors Carpet One! This the fourth time using them and we highly recommend them!!! Had LVT installed in the kitchen in the spring and it’s perfect. Today we had carpeting installed by William and Josh and they were super. From ordering in the store with Shelly who is very helpful with her suggestions, to the estimate, everything was so easy. Then, having William and Josh installing the carpet, we couldn’t have been more happy! What super guys and hard workers. “Newly widowed, I bought a small Cluster Home in MacIntosh Farms in 2/23, which needed much updating, (a tough order after my spouse was 'Fatica Kitchens & Fine Cabinetry') I used Heritage Floor Covering after I saw an article in the Royalton Recorder. All I can say is if you are looking for new Flooring, PLEASE do yourself a favor & look NO FURTHER. (Even my husband would have overwhelmingly approved!) Nick and his staff are outstanding! I had carpet put in the master and luxury vinyl plank throughout the rest of the house. Rudy was my Vinyl Plank installer. Removed & installed all the plank in 2 & 1/2 days. (I have many little closets & turns, not to mention the appliances, wash tubs, and toilets) All closets were done flawlessly & appliances & toilets were expertly removed & reinstalled to perfection. If you would tell me that Rudy is not the Best in the Business, I'd have to say you were lying. Nick worked with me. Although I know he is busy, and we had to wait until the kitchen cabinets & vanities were in place,7//23, he was gracious, understanding, fair and a true-gentleman, businessman. I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so. You will too...you'll see!“
