Just had the best experience with Permanent Floors Carpet One! This the fourth time using them and we highly recommend them!!! Had LVT installed in the kitchen in the spring and it’s perfect. Today we had carpeting installed by William and Josh and they were super. From ordering in the store with Shelly who is very helpful with her suggestions, to the estimate, everything was so easy. Then, having William and Josh installing the carpet, we couldn’t have been more happy! What super guys and hard workers. Tremendous service from a repeat second generation customer! Even when the grout failed from the beautiful tile in our kitchen which was a manufacturing issue, Ryan and his team came back to completely remove and replace the defective grout. Amazing 4-day job done with expert craftsmanship and professionalism.

Stacy, Ryan and all of the installers were the best! From picking out the carpeting, help from Stacy, Ryan measuring and the installers getting the job done in an hour. Everyone was knowledgeable, informative, courteous, efficient, we could go on and on... Highly recommend and would definitely use their services again.
