I was a little nervous going into my appointment because I mostly buzz cut my own hair at home and don't see a barber regularly, but my wedding was coming up and my fiancée was never going to allow me to cut my own hair lol. We were greeted with a friendly hello right when we walked in and from the moment my appointment began, my nerves went away because my man Ghali here is a legit pro and had everything covered. Whatever my expectations were for this appointment, they were blown out of the water with quality of service and a friendly conversation. Not even for a second did it feel like Ghali was just going through the motions. He takes his time and really gives you the VIP treatment, and for as stressful as the wedding planning has been, I needed that. I walked out feeling like a million bucks which if you knew me, is not something I ever say. My only problem is, now that my soon to be wife has seen how nice my hair and beard can look, there's no chance I'll ever be allowed to cut my own hair again. So looks like I'll be booking with Ghali regularly. I could not recommend him any higher and highly recommend you treat yourself to the VIP package. It's totally worth it!

Dr Julie is very thorough and pleasant to speak with. She explains everything that she checks for and all the tests I need to monitor my eyes and has helped keep pre glaucoma symptoms at bay and under control, pushing surgical options down the road until medically necessary. My family and now my in laws go to her as well gor our regular checkups. Trusting someone with your sight is not a small matter.
When i say RUN don’t walk to this salon… i mean it. I go to CWRU and have never gotten my hair done anywhere other than home (New Jersey). My family moved from NJ to NC recently, so I haven't able to get my hair done back at Jersey. I’ve been getting my hair dyed since 8th grade and hair is very important to me and I would say I’m pretty picky of what I want and it’s very easy for me to dislike hair. I was recommended this hair salon by my sister ( who also goes to CWRU) and I was very skeptical. There has never been a time where I liked BOTH my haircut and color; there was always one that was messed up ( either i hated the color bc it was too light or dark or the haircut was messed up). It’s been 8 months since i’ve gotten my hair done bc i haven’t gone back home to my regular salon and ngl I was very scared. I got my hair done my Olena. She is super sweet and down to earth!! I was showing her some inspiration pics and I was showing her different hair colors i was interested in and asked for her opinion in which would match me the most. She gave her honest opinion and obviously I went with it. When she was preparing the bleach, she came back with some pictures of previous hair she’s done and random pictures she found online of what she thought would look good on me and not make me look too washed out. She did that during the whole hair process until it was time for toning and she wanted to make sure I left the salon with a smile on my face( I think she found 15+ photos and had me give her feedback on what i liked and disliked about them). She ended up doing a combination of hair inspo pics she found and what I wanted and let me say MY JAWS DROPPED when she showed me the result. I’ve never gotten a root smudge before and let me say after olena did a root smudge for me I was shocked at the blending and just my hair in general. Then it was time for my haircut (I was super nervous bc most of the haircuts i’ve gotten in the past have made me upset ). She didn’t let me peak at my hair until she was done and that made me even more nervous. When she was done and did a reveal…. i’ve never been so happy and felt so confident in MY LIFE. Let me say I’ve been Vasified by studio vasi and Olenified by olena herself!!!
I was referred to Linda by my aunt after I had just moved into the area and desperately needed a haircut. I was long overdue and I didn't have any time to schedule a haircut while I was moving from out of state until I finally got to my new home. I was also very worried about finding someone who would be as good as my old hairdresser who I have been seeing for 12 years! Linda was amazing when it came to her expertise on seeing how my old haircut grew out and knew more or less what I wanted to achieve by asking me some questions and checking in to see if I wanted to go shorter before she proceeded. She was very fast but not sloppy and I was quite impressed that she knew how to work with my fine but wavy hair. I was extremely happy with the end result and love love love how my haircut turned out! I appreciate that you also get a shampoo and blowdry style included in the price, which is very reasonable. The salon was also nicely decorated and clean. I will definitely be going back to Beauty and Grace Salon. If you do decide to go I would ask for Linda. She is very nice and friendly too.

I have been getting my haircut at Ledgewood for years. I can say that there is not a friendlier and more accommodating staff than here. I'm 25 years old and have a mother that still has control over the way my hair is cut. In the past, when I chose my own haircut and my mom sent me back 10 minutes later, they would happily cut it to her liking without making me pay again. If they can put up with my mom they have incredible customer service that goes beyond what others can offer. This is a family friendly barbershop with incredible conversations and quality haircuts. Start going here and you'll look forward to getting your haircut every time!
I have gone to Cech's barbershop 3 times over the last six months and have had excellent haircuts each time. I don't have the easiest head of hair to work with either. I am going bald, I am thin in some spots, heavy in in others, have straight hair on the top and curly on the sides, I have these guys cut this mess short and do what they can and the end result is damn good cut. The barbers have seem nice and professional. I am not getting my haircut for the prom or having the barbers over Thanksgiving, so this shop works for me.
Phenomenal. I received a Mother’s Day treatment as a referral client. Had no idea what I was in for but knew I needed some self care in my life. Somewhat nervous as I am very cautious with my hair, Ashley’s warm spirit and product knowledge put me to ease. All natural products with only 3-6 ingredients (she let me read everything she put in my hair) Penetrative, restorative, healing practices were performed. I walked in with dry damaged curls. I walked out with hair like silk. She actually made my hair color look better with out any chemicals. Ashley doesn’t just do hair…she creates a whole spa experience. Not only did she make me look good, but feel good on a day I wasn’t.

Every experience I've had has been exceptional. Everyone there is friendly and the atmosphere is great. Got some tinsels in my hair & loved them. Shannon did a great job. But unfortunately half of them didn't even last a week in my hair. It'd be nice to have them applied with the bead method rather than tying them in. My hair is too thick for it to stay in place. I think this would benefit others too.

I was given a gift card to Essential Escape Spas + Yoga and finally got to use it for an amazing facial by Alanah! Not only was she super sweet and knowledgeable, it was one of the best facials I have gotten. The entire spa is super relaxing from the moment you walk in to the time you leave. Even the receptionist was kind and inviting.

The staff and technicians at K&S are amazing. They did their best to fit me on the schedule only to be stopped by the tornadoes and power outages. When the power came back my issue became a city issue so although they were not officially needed, how they handled the situation will make them my first call every time.

He was very communicative and walked me through everything he needed to do, as well as if things went wrong what I could be looking at. Luckily, everything was removed and replaced smoothly. I had a root canal and multiple fillings done with them and no other dentist compares to the care I received from Dr Gaebelein and his staff. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable at your visit. I would recommend them to anybody.
Long overdue 5 star rating for Dr. Gentilcore. He has been my dentist since a child and I have never looked elsewhere. If there is a problem he is prompt to helping fix it. He's always pleasant and happy to listen. His staff is also excellent. Of all the years going to this place, there's been minimal turnover of staff which I think helps support the fact that it is a great place with great people!

I took the plunge and had the teeth replaced with beautiful new white smooth teeth ? in the top!! The ❤️ doctor is Amazing Grace and made sure he carefully extract the ugly existing crowns with beautiful ? white ones that look and feel natural!! Thanks again Team Dr. Sirocky!! Dr. Adam is awesome! He is very understanding when it comes to your needs. He asks so many questions to make sure everyone is on the same page. He is extremely transparent and tells you everything he is doing and why he is doing it. He doesn’t try to push unnecessary things on to you, he understands your needs and wants you to be happy with the results. He wants to get to know you so he can better help you. He is very easy to talk to you! His scheduling is very accommodating and he is willing to work around schedules. This is my new go to chriopractor for sure! I can’t wait to schedule my next visit!
I have been going to Dr. Deeb since high school. I am an athlete and a weightlifter and have had my fair share of injuries. Dr. Deeb has always been able to help every single time and is excellent at his practice. Along with that he is also a great person who genuinely does everything he can to help relive your pain. Every time I go in, I am in rough shape coming and feel like a whole new person going. My sweet cat was hit by a car last year and in desperation I took him to Crossroads. Unfortunately my cat Onyx crossed over the rainbow bridge... but the employees were so caring. They took him from me immediately and asked questions later. They confirmed he had passed away and took the time to return my Onyx's body back to me in a sweet and loving way. They refused any money or compensation. I was shocked.I will definitely take my animals to Crossroads when I'm ready to adopt again.Thank you to all the amazing employees who were so reassuring and understanding.
