Mark diagnosed it and told us we did not need a replacement. He repaired it and we haven't had an issue since.We had him come out this time for our a/c. The tech came out i wasn’t home and my wife was. He found out that it was the resistor and not the motor.i was so impressed with the Techs honestly knowing he could have told my wife anything. Technician quickly addressed problem, informed me of simple yearly maintenance step to avoid clogged pipe from dirt and dust accumulation. “Steve is an honest and hardworking guy. He was actually a few hundred dollars more for us compared to other quotes. His demeanor and honesty is what won us. He came to gave us a quote and found a safety issue with the furnace. He fixed that issue and didn't charge us a cent. He said he would never leave knowing there was a safety concern. I offered to pay him, but he refused my money. This was just during the quote time and he had not yet been awarded the job. If you're looking for a down to earth and honest HVAC guy, look no further. Don't call the big businesses as they will upsell you anything they can.“
