We’ve lived in our current home for 25 years. Last summer our central AC system (which is located in the attic) finally died. I contacted Big Boy Home Comfort and we agreed to replacing the system, with a much more efficient central AC system.The job was completed to our complete satisfaction and at a fair price. Kenny and his crew were respectful of our home and completed the job ahead of schedule. We highly recommend Big Boy Home Comfort!
Furnace shut down for no apparent reason one night. With cold weather headed in our direction, a friend recommended Big Boy. I called, and they came out the next morning. Installed a needed part and got the furnace up and running, but it is old and needs replacement. Big Boy quoted a VERY reasonable price for a replacement, but absolutely NO pressure or trying to scare me into getting a new furnace. Next fall, I'll likely have to bite the bullet and replace my furnace (which I believe dates back to a time when Ohio was not yet a state...), and I will, without a doubt call Big Boy
I called Ken after having an issue at a rental property. He quickly coordinated with the tenant, was out to the property within 24 hours and had the problem resolved. Fantastic customer service and a high level of reliability. I would highly recommend Big Boy Home Comfort to my network.
