Our new house builder had WCCV put in the carpet in our new house. The installation was done poorly. Bubbles and creases start to appear just after the 1 year install warranty. Dont let them fool you, they bring in cheap labor to knee kick in your whole house when they should be using the proper installation methods. They are not customer focused. Use any other company but them.

Erika was responsive in helping us fix some of the cracked floor planks at the 1-year walkthrough for a new house build by Pulte Homes. The two gentlemen did an excellent job with 5 replacement planks.

Jake the warehouse supervisor is super at coordinating my orders properly, and others have spoken very highly about his efficiency. Not sure if I would still use this wholesale location if not for Jake’s professionalism, and his ability to take care of an issue promptly.
