Very professional staff from sales through installation. Products arrived earlier than estimated and installation was scheduled promptly. Installers were efficient and handled all unexpected issues with skill. I'm very pleased with floors and FCI.

The wood is Tigerwood which is extremely hard and must be installed by a pro for best results. I got an amazing pro, Rudy, who created an artwork on my guest bedroom floor. Thank you so much. His cleanup was exceptional as well.
