“It’s a nice place with nice staff. Also, it’s rare to see a Dr (not a nurse practitioner) in an urgent care. So basically you pay the price of an urgent care but will be checked by a nice, knowledgeable dr. Definitely recommend this place. The only think that can improve is to have a reservation system.“

“theyve refused care to 2 of my kids now. 1st my granddaughter bc they didnt want to service a small child, all i wanted was her ears checked bc she was pulling on them and I was worried she had an ear infection (no ear infection per Dayton Childrens) and now my son whos 17 bc the "head nurse" as she called herself didnt want to do a school physical. Thats fine. Dayton Childrens will get our money going forward.“

“The only negative is that at times they aren't sure if they're gonna have a provider or not. Which, telling a sick person they don't know if they'll be seen when they had to make arrangements to get there is absurd. The care we've received has been good. They got a new PA and he seemed kind and compassionate.“
