The Dr here is absolutely amazing! He is compassionate, pays attention to detail and has great bed side manner. The office staff and nurses are also great! I went there in pretty rough shape having an allergic reaction after a total knee replacement and the care was outstanding - even got a follow up call from the doctor checking in. My family has also been here for strep tests/ear aches when we couldn’t get into our primary and the care has always been consistent and kind. Thankful to have Monroe Urgent Care so close to home!

Went to a urgent care that couldn't get the script right after 2 weeks. Then went to Monroe urgent care and finally getting some relief. This place has actual Doctors, not just nurse practitioners and they have a pharmacy in the same office. Great place to go.

Fast and reliable service. The people there were nice and efficient. I would highly recommend for any urgent care service. Special thanks to Brandy for being so nice and getting us checked in and dealing with our insurance. Most places, I feel like a burden. Not here. Thank you for the hospitality.
