“I was very pleased with every aspect of my visit from frt desk person to the last nurse I saw. There was no waiting after signing documents, I was put in patient room where I saw intake person, PA & nurse. All were pleasant, professional, willing to help with my needs. In & out within 30 minutes & I was must better within 24hrs. This will be where I go if I have problems in future (hopefully I will not have any) I would definitely recommend.“
“This is the best urgent care I’ve used. The facilities are welcoming and clean. The staff is friendly. Brooke was the most incredible MA. She was so patient, kind and encouraging for my son who needed Strep and Covid tested. She told him everything she was going to do beforehand and helped connect and ease his mind. When I brought my daughter in who needed a strep test, I did a happy dance when I saw Brooke was the one taking us back! We have done the traumatic alligator wrestling with swabbing at other places so I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. Brooke was so sweet and encouraging and it was the smoothest swabbing experience we’ve ever had. Lots of stickers and even a popsicle! Brooke takes her time and connects with the patients and it makes a world of difference! She’s one of the main reasons I keep coming bringing my family back! The providers are also very personable and kind and have great bedside manner. It’s a great urgent care and I would highly recommend it to everyone!“
“The best. They are so kind and caring. They know how to handle people with extreme panic attacks & anxiety! I don’t like going to the doctors and they always re assure me and treat me so well, even at my most vulnerable moments. It’s so clean, as well. Parking is never an issue. “Shout out to Barb! An awesome and attentive nurse!! Brought my daughter in here at 2am for an ear rupture. Barb was professional but kept the mood light and funny even though my daughter was in a lot of pain. Barb got her to smile and chuckle a couple times. All of the staff that morning was great as well!!!! Made it a much better experience since it was so early. I felt like my daughter got the care she needed.“

“Everyone was very nice and professional. They got us out of there in an hour which was fantastic. The facility is a bit small and they had just moved from a larger place so I don't know how it will work if they get many people at one time. But all in all it was a positive experience.“

“The Dr here is absolutely amazing! He is compassionate, pays attention to detail and has great bed side manner. The office staff and nurses are also great! I went there in pretty rough shape having an allergic reaction after a total knee replacement and the care was outstanding - even got a follow up call from the doctor checking in. My family has also been here for strep tests/ear aches when we couldn’t get into our primary and the care has always been consistent and kind. Thankful to have Monroe Urgent Care so close to home!“
