“This is the best urgent care I’ve used. The facilities are welcoming and clean. The staff is friendly. Brooke was the most incredible MA. She was so patient, kind and encouraging for my son who needed Strep and Covid tested. She told him everything she was going to do beforehand and helped connect and ease his mind. When I brought my daughter in who needed a strep test, I did a happy dance when I saw Brooke was the one taking us back! We have done the traumatic alligator wrestling with swabbing at other places so I wasn’t sure how it was going to go. Brooke was so sweet and encouraging and it was the smoothest swabbing experience we’ve ever had. Lots of stickers and even a popsicle! Brooke takes her time and connects with the patients and it makes a world of difference! She’s one of the main reasons I keep coming bringing my family back! The providers are also very personable and kind and have great bedside manner. It’s a great urgent care and I would highly recommend it to everyone!“

“Treated for pretty bad sinus infection, 8 days in. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. I got seen quickly. The medical treatment was, I guess, consistent with current thinking on using lower level antibiotics.Got nasal spray and amoxicillin. Neither did me much good that I could tell.I can’t recall getting Z-pack in 20 years if ever. So I understand not over-using antibiotics. But that’s what I was looking for to kick this. If I can’t get that, I’ll probably just tough it out in future.They did do COViD test, which I appreciated.“
“Shout out to Barb! An awesome and attentive nurse!! Brought my daughter in here at 2am for an ear rupture. Barb was professional but kept the mood light and funny even though my daughter was in a lot of pain. Barb got her to smile and chuckle a couple times. All of the staff that morning was great as well!!!! Made it a much better experience since it was so early. I felt like my daughter got the care she needed.“
“I arrived at around 8:15 a.m. on New Year's Eve. They were very efficient. Diagnosis was strep throat and was out of there around 9:00 to 9:15 a.m. excellent service easy system to use for checking in and registering! Would highly recommend!“

“The office was very very clean, well organized. The lady up front was very professional well kept thorough and a polite sweetie. Dr. Patel listened to me and got me right together and I thank them for that because I was feeling pretty bad! Got home took my meds and my energy meter is on the rise! This is my new home for urgent medical needs. Also first time doing teledoc and it was pretty cool“
