Outstanding from surgery through physical therapy!The physical therapy team (reception/check-in, Kiera, Megan and Montana) are AMAZING! is the best. There expertise, kindness, compassion and dedication to making sure you get the best physical therapy is unbelievable! My post knee surgery phsical therapy with this group has been grueling but I see and feel the returns alreay! Dr. Lutsenberger and his surgical team and the entire Beacon Ortho group are ROCK-STARS!!!!

10/10 I have never had a bad experience with Beacon. Everyone is very professional and kind. Plenty of parking, easy to locate where you need to go through the building, large seating room, free coffee, comfortable seating, and free wifi. Check in was quick, prep was even quicker, and the entire time my son was in surgery I knew what stage he was in. After surgery they called me while I was in the waiting room to go over the procedure amd any questions I had. Recovery the ladies were amazing and answered everything I came up with after already being asked lol. They quickly got us discharged but did not rush us, we were ready lol.

The care was excellent. Couldn't have a better outcome. What remains of the 500. deposit they took should not be this hard to get back. It has been well over a year since my second surgery, and after the final bill was paid a check should have been automatically sent. I called in May and was told it would be 4 - 6 weeks for the refund. I called today and was told they subtracted my March visit, and would have to request a refund today 6/22 and it would be another 4-6 weeks. I am working awfully hard for this 389.00 and there is no excuse for accounting like this.
