We went up to the waiting room and the wait was not long at all. The staff were very professional, friendly, kind and helpful. The building was sparkling clean and there was plenty of parking. This building is conveniently located off Rt 18 right next to the Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital and also right near I71.“
