“This seems like a great clinic to me. We arrived a few minutes early and they checked us in at a desk near the main entrance. We went up to the waiting room and the wait was not long at all. The staff were very professional, friendly, kind and helpful. The building was sparkling clean and there was plenty of parking. This building is conveniently located off Rt 18 right next to the Cleveland Clinic Medina Hospital and also right near I71.“

“Amazing drs i wasn’t impressed with the front desk information center. I stood there waiting to ask question and the lady was so into her phone wouldnt even look up i said something and still wouldnt get off her phone and when i got back to that area after appointment she was still on it.“
