Our home was built in 1936 and has lovely floors. Michael walked through our front door and professionally examined the state of the floors, he let us point out things to him, he did not bash anyone, he made eye contact, he expressed empathy, he offered to serve us in any way we needed; whether it was a written professional opinion of the job from the current contractor, or getting the job himself. He confidently promised us beautiful floors, should we decide to hire his company to make the situation right. We made the decision to hire Floorcraft Designs to start over on our project from the beginning [side note: if you have ever lived through having your floors sanded and refinished, you know this was not an easy decision!] Michael worked us into their very packed schedule. Then, John showed up, as promised, and worked so very hard for three weeks. Due to working us in, John had to work some late nights and/or weekends. Each time, he communicated his timing and asked if that would be OK for us. He was so professional, respectful, kind, trustworthy, meticulous, and, above all, he held so much pride in his work. The outcome? Our floors are gorgeous. Stunning. Perfect. Please save yourself the hassle of working with another contractor. Oh, and since I have the unique perspective of comparison ...and this is pretty important ... the sanding and staining process done by Floorcraft Designs was BY A MILE less dusty, more clean, and, had much less harmful fumes than the other company. “GREAT WORK - My wife and I renovated a building to start a business. It was a trilevel house that had been used as a business and needed new carpet throughout on three levels and including stairs with angles. Given the different rooms and building design it was a challenge for the installation crew. They had to do not only carpet, but also linoleum for three entrances. “I could not say enough nice things about Mike, or Dibling Flooring. We just bought our house and the old carpets were disgusting. Mike dropped everything and came to the house to measure and set up tear out. They came on Sunday December 31st! Yes, a Sunday to tear out the carpet, so we could have the house painted starting on Tuesday. We ordered the carpet on that Tuesday and it was ready to be placed the next week. It looks beautiful and it couldn't have been a better experience. I would highly recommend Dibling Flooring to anyone, they are awesome!!“
