Flooring specialist, Zach came to my home, measured and gave me a price. Zach explained what my options are and went through all of Refloor's policies and guarantee's. Refloor has a lifetime guarantee on their floors. Hard to beat that. Zach was patient and polite and did not give me the hard sell, which I appreciated. Even my nervous little dog liked him. I will soon be having a new floor installed and it was painless!

We had Refloor come out last week to install new LVP in our kitchen and dining room. The whole process, from Eian coming to do his pitch, to the install process with Alex and the coordinator Steve, was such a breeze! We are so happy we chose Refloor and would recommend them to all our friends and family!

Our new floor is amazing and worth every penny! Our installer, Nick, and installation manager, Steve, made sure everything went correctly throughout the process and that we were always in the loop.
