He helped me by explaining the process of cremation, what to expect. Very professional manner, he was an expert at his job and I highly recommend him. Everything was done with care. I felt comfortable from the start and was also sent e-mails checking up on me and offering grief counseling if needed. “Its ran by the city of Cleveland its always nice and quite the grass is cut on a regular bases if your expecting more you might want to go where Michael Jackson is buried the people that work here are really helpful and nice its a cemetery at the end of the day no matter how you loo at it“
