Very professional and attentive staff, knowledgeable and experienced veterinarian Dr. Virgil Tongish. Our kitty instantly fell into his hands, purring.
The office and exam rooms are well organized, clean, odorless, and comfortable. Separate in- and out- waiting rooms and hallways.
There is plenty of parking right near the entrance and a huge front lawn in case if your pup needs to jog off some anxiety before your appointment!“

“Bartels pet hospital. Walking in the doors is a welcoming experience. I know as everyone does going to the vet is extremely stressful for both human and furry friend. We worry for our four legged friends. But when i go to bartels. That stress dissipates. The front desk workers are hard working and always going the extra mile. While prices can be high they are fair. The nurse like people are amazing as they welcome you into your appointment and help you with the process. The vets are perfect. Always focused on you and your furry friend. Treating your dog not as a wild animal but as a member of your family. I can’t speak highly enough on this team and this place. Building is a staple in brecksville been my parents went here and now i go here. I thank the dedicated team and Vets who work hard to make sure we go home with our fury friends feeling better ?“

“This vet left an impression on me. Over 20 years ago, there was a stray black lab living around Goodyear’s HQ in Akron. It was late fall and after months of trying to trap the dog to adopt it, I was given Dr. Slenn’s number as he worked with a group who tried to find homes for strays. Dr Slenn volunteered to find the dog and use a tranquilizer dart to capture him.

Unfortunately, the stray dog had a rare condition that made him allergic to the tranquilizer and he died. I know he felt terrible about it as I did, but it was not his fault. This vet loves animals and tries his best! If I still lived in the area and had dogs he would be the first vet I would call!!!“

“Dr. Cunningham is the most compassionate vet I've encountered. No clinic was willing to see us when my bunny started limping, but Dr Cunningham agreed to see us the same morning. She was very patient with my questions and shock, knowledgeable and compassionate when we found out the news wasn't good. They were able to let me take him home and scheduled us for euthanasia the next day. The staff was very kind and gave me a needed hug! I am so grateful for them!“

“We've entrusted Dr. Butera with the care of our pets since moving here from Georgia. Her staff is super friendly and really compassionate when it comes to handling sick animals. We've said goodbye to two pets since moving to Ohio, and the staff was so amazing and did all they could to ensure peace and comfort during a really difficult time. “Every July, this veterinary practice holds a Pet Carnival. It is one of the highlights of my year. They have so much to see and do but to be honest, just watching the pets interact is my favorite part. I have gone to this even for the last 10 or so years and each year it just gets bigger and bigger and better and better. From all the volunteers to the vendors, this is a highly recommended event to attend. Bring your well-behaved pet and enjoy the afternoon. Or go with just the humans and learn about all the different breeds of dogs and other animals that attend. This year they even had calves in attendance! GREAT JOB NORTH ROYALTON ANIMAL HOSPITAL! “Hinckley Animal Hospital vets are the best in examining and taking care of our pets Lucky and Ralph with full compassion. They really are thorough in diagnosing their health issues and treating their needs. Drs'. Kalo, Skavdahl, and Reinhart really know what they're doing. And our pets simply love and are completely at ease with them. They don't push or suggest any unnecessary tests which they may not need. We really appreciate their educational advice. The entire vet tech staff that we've met are also extremely knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommend this animal clinic to anyone who needs caring medical attention for their pets. “This is a wonderful, compassionate veterinary clinic that has provided great care to our pets for many years. It's not just the routine healthcare we appreciate, but it's the difficult issues where we've found comfort in knowing proper, loving care has been administered. Our dog, Jax, was been coming here for years for routine checkups and immunizations, but when it was discovered he had cancer in one of his dew claws, we were grateful that the cancer was skillfully removed with great care. Jax recovered fully. Then when Scout, one of our elderly cats, was so ill that he couldn't go on, the staff made him and us comfortable as we said goodbye to him. Their empathy and final care was so appreciated. And now, Steve, our Turkish Van of 13 years, has become ill and has been seen by both Dr. Ryan Gates and Dr. Eric Allie. I am so grateful to how kind, gentle and patient they were with him on both visits. Both vets were also patient with me, as I had so many questions for them, and they provided answers to everything. My wife and I deeply appreciate this clinic and staff for all they have done for our beloved pets.“
