I am thrilled with the experience I’ve had for the care of my precious almost 12 year old pup.Dr. Barb Akl performed a successful removal of a soft tissue sarcoma. My girl is healing quite well from her procedure and she has a good prognosis going forward. I am thankful for Dr. Akl and the staff at Bartels for the level of care. Your work truly makes a difference!Edit: I’ve received a high level of continuous care with Dr. Tima. She promptly returns my calls and is sure to answer all questions. The receptionists are also very pleasant and attentive. Thank you!

First time away on Vaca for our dog who is 2. He was well cared for and played with his pup friends all day! They sent us pix about every other day to show us he was doing okay. They followed up on everything when there were questions or concerns. They did a great job! Well worth the money!

10/10 Service from all staff, well priced, no issues with appointments, scheduled same week and surgery immediately after. From reception to the technicians and vets, everyone here clearly loves what they do. Incredibly enthusiastic and educated, kept us informed well and vets recommendations were much appreciated.Prices were well, no issues with pet insurance coverage, building clean and plenty of parking.
