Service and Integrity!!!!!!!!!!! Repaired instead of just replace unit. Great team, very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly. They took extra time and effort to do Quality Work and save me money. Most importantly I have a company I can depend on and trust. Just make the call. It will be taken care of.
Highly recommend. AC quit working on a 94 degree day, late in the evening. Called several companies without any luck. A friend recommended LRF to me. Called them at around 9 PM. No answer, but it was Saturday evening at 9. I got a call back from Larry at about 8:30 the following morning. He was pretty sure what the problem was based on my description of what was going on. He said that he would get out today, but it would have to be a little bit later because he had other appointments in the morning. I was expecting to be waiting for them to get there most of the day, but surprisingly they showed up to my door at about 10:30 AM. The problem was what they thought it was based on our phone conversation. They replaced the capacitor and cleaned up the AC unit afterwards. Got it back up and running in about 30 minutes. Reasonably priced, especially for coming out on Sunday morning. Will definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.
