I highly recommend Five Star Home Services. They have amazing customer service. My furnace stopped working and they had an HVAC guy here within three hours. He determined it was an electrical issue and Tim (electric field supervisor) fit me in as an emergency appointment the same afternoon. My heat has been restored right as we're facing a bitter cold snap. I'm so grateful. Thank you!

Robbie was my tech for my recent plumbing services. He installed new quarter-turn shut-off valves in two bathrooms. And some new pipe flanges. Very good service today. Very professional, and courteous, and I appreciated that he wore shoe covers while in my home. He answered all my questions and while looking at the main water shutoff, noticed a couple of things and made some recommendations for changes. The plumbing around the main shutoff is unusual and he was at a loss as to why it was done that way. The recommendations Robbie made would allow me to move the washer and dryer closer to the wall.
