“We were Very Impressed with Chris and his workers. We had a New Shower unit put in our Master Bathroom and from the time he looked at the job with a Mask on (I'm High Risk ) and the Price he quoted was well below Major Bathroom remodelers . Yes we had to wait a few weeks due to the virus but communication was Great . When the 2 guys showed up to start the job they were Pleasant , Polite and VERY GOOD..The 1st day when they broke for lunch and we went to look at how much progress they had made I was Amazed they cleaned up the entire work area as if they hadn't even started..It was Really clean as it was when they left in the evening. 100% Satisfied, Great Job !!! Contractors in my past do not compare...WILL USE AGAIN and Tell ALL my friends and Family... YOU GUYS ROCK !!!!!!~ God Bless and Thank You Chris Emery and crew“

“UPDATE: In September, one month after Jeff finished our deck, there was a strong storm and our neighbor's massive tree fell on the deck, destroying the privacy wall and causing damage to the posts, along with other damage to our house. Jeff was adamant on making sure our deck was fixed right. Upon inspection of the frame of the deck, it was PERFECTLY INTACT, just as square and level as the day he built it. That speaks volumes about Jeff's craftsmanship. Of all the contractors we've worked with over the years, Jeff is by far the best. He truly cares about the people he works with and the job he's been tasked to do. He will always be the person I recommend to anyone thinking about having a new living space built onto their home. Our A/C went out during this heat wave and needed replaced.
We received 2 questionable diagnoses and estimates from other HVAC companies. One company even quoted us $7k for just an evaporator coil replacement, but didn’t even check for leaks or say why it needed replaced!

Precision Seven replaced both Evaporator and Condenser assemblies for just under $5400. Can’t beat their honesty either!

“I had hail damage on my roof. My husband was in the hospital and I was able to get the roof done thanks to Adam. He handled the insurance for me and it all worked out perfectly. After the roof I was looking for gutter toppers. I had quotes from companies wanting $15 to 20 k for the job. I was about to give up and Adam had stopped by to look over the toof. He said he could get me gutter toppers for a much more reasonable price. They put them on and they look great. Don’t know how well they work since they were just installed but I am sure they will do the job. Thanks to Adam Don and the two young guys that did the gutters. I will use them again for any future projects.“
