Night an day, nobody wants to work at the Strongsville store...that store is horrible no customer service what so ever. Bravo Parma keep up the excellent service plus they are so knowledgeable.“

“I just had my eye appointment at SVS Vision on Pearl Rd. and I really enjoyed my visit. I didn't have to see the doctor in the room it was virtual it went fast. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable and they let me pick my frames but let u know if they looked good on your face . They let me take my time to make sure they were the glasses I wanted ..
