Two part review!Here in late January for a new pair of frames and contacts! for myself. The entire staff is so kind and Lori has such a knack for frame selection---she was swift, honest about the style, and was pulling frames out from here, there and everywhere to ensure I walked out looking SPECtacular!Here's the 2nd part---back in late February for my teenage son--hard to fit since he is in between youth and adult. No challenge is to big for Lori! She pulled frames from high and low to find the style and then searched online to find the size and color for my son. State of the art eye care, an incredible selection of frames, and excellent service.....always given with a smile. My whole family visits the Broadview Heights location and we've remained here since they opened their doors.
