“We recently had Cannon-Catavolos Funeral Home in Parma Heights host my mother's funeral services. From start to finish they did an amazing job. We met with the funeral home director, Lindsey, to plan and view their site which was very nice and inviting. While the planning part is sorrowful, she put me at ease to get through it and I felt there was clear plan leaving that intial meeting. She was truly a blessing to work with during this difficult time. Communications throughout the entire process were outstanding. From the moment we arrived the staff was on point, greeting, opening doors, and letting guest know where everything was. I very much appreciated their professionalism when a family issue arose. I can't thank them enough on how that was handled at a very stressful and fragile time. I highly recommend Cannon-Catavolos Funeral Home for anyone who unfortunately has to make these plans.
