“We had been putting off dealing with our floors for a long time. We started getting advice and quotes on how to deal with our worn out almost 100 year old floors a few years ago. As we weighed our options of refinishing vs replacing our process kept leading us back to Cleveland Hardwood Restoration. We chose to replace our whole downstairs floors. Moving out of 1/2 of a house is difficult but necessary, which is probably why we put it off for so long. Ultimately our floors turned out awesome! The wood selection and finish are perfect. There were some sheen variances among rooms at first, but we were super happy with the way Jessie and her guys were proactive in pointing out defects and coming up with resolutions. Our project probably took longer than we hoped, but we’re very happy we chose a company that made sure every detail was perfect!“

The great reviews made me feel comfortable and when Josh showed up I knew I was in good hands. Him and his team worked so dang hard and even long late hours because of my time constraint. And the finished product was way more than I could have expected. He fixed every mistake from contractors prior no matter if they were related to the scope of work or not. “Just had the best experience with Permanent Floors Carpet One! This the fourth time using them and we highly recommend them!!! Had LVT installed in the kitchen in the spring and it’s perfect. Today we had carpeting installed by William and Josh and they were super. From ordering in the store with Shelly who is very helpful with her suggestions, to the estimate, everything was so easy. Then, having William and Josh installing the carpet, we couldn’t have been more happy! What super guys and hard workers. They worked together so well and communicated with each other…you could tell they enjoyed their work and liked working together. Both were very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions…very professional, but fun too. We enjoyed spending the day with them. “Newly widowed, I bought a small Cluster Home in MacIntosh Farms in 2/23, which needed much updating, (a tough order after my spouse was 'Fatica Kitchens & Fine Cabinetry') I used Heritage Floor Covering after I saw an article in the Royalton Recorder. All I can say is if you are looking for new Flooring, PLEASE do yourself a favor & look NO FURTHER. (Even my husband would have overwhelmingly approved!) Nick and his staff are outstanding! I had carpet put in the master and luxury vinyl plank throughout the rest of the house. Rudy was my Vinyl Plank installer. Removed & installed all the plank in 2 & 1/2 days. (I have many little closets & turns, not to mention the appliances, wash tubs, and toilets) All closets were done flawlessly & appliances & toilets were expertly removed & reinstalled to perfection. If you would tell me that Rudy is not the Best in the Business, I'd have to say you were lying. Nick worked with me. Although I know he is busy, and we had to wait until the kitchen cabinets & vanities were in place,7//23, he was gracious, understanding, fair and a true-gentleman, businessman. I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so. You will too...you'll see!“
