“We had all three of our bathrooms renovated. I can't say enough about the quality of their work. All of the work was done by their employees, not subcontractors, and they have been in business for a long time. We went with them because we had our bathroom in our old house renovated by them over 35 years ago, with excellent results. All of their work was top quality and there were only a couple of problems that they took care of immediately. We thought we were getting a shower door with a towel rack and we got one with a door handle. The immediately ordered another one. Yes, there was some delay, but with a business doing top notch quality and employing all of there own people and not calling in a bunch of subcontractors, sometimes that is inevitable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.“

Called three contractors and got 3 different bids. One was from a nationally known local "premium" roofer. Lawrence gave us a complete and thorough quote which was many dollars lower than the "premium" roofer (and had substantially the same quality materials and services). “Directions: I-71 exit 231 (OH-82 WB.) To Prospect Rd (OH-237 NB), turn right. 1/4 mi after RR crossing and stop light, look for the green Kalinich sign in front of the white house. Turn right into the driveway immediately afterwards (swing wide/it's easy to miss). Will be turning into the driveway between the two small white houses. Will see loading docks straight ahead. Will need to do a U-turn or Y-turn to get turned around. They gave me a dock quickly and started loading me right away. When you bump the dock, pull forward an inch or two so they can raise the dock plate.“

“Recently, Marcus and his group completed a total rebuild of our master bathroom.  This rebuild included the removal of everything in the bathroom (tub, shower, vanity, etc).  It was replaced with a new custom shower (shower head, body sprays, wand and rainfall shower heads), new jetted tub, the relocation of the commode, transforming the old shower into a new closet, the installation of a heated, tiled floor, new vanity, and lighted mirror.  All of this was completed in approximately 7 weeks.

Upon completion of the work, there was an issue with the heated floor. This issue was resolved by the team in short order at their expense.

The end product completely exceeded our expectations. Further, the team was professional, easy to work with, and a joy to have in our home. We are very excited for the new bathroom and could not be happier.  We are excited to have them back for future renovations“
