“I have to admit I wasn’t looking forward to a total kitchen renovation after a disappointing bathroom redo a few years back (with a different company). However, I was wrong. Big Bear was an absolute pleasure to work with. They excel at communications; we received a weekly update throughout the renovation process. We knew each day which of Big Bear’s team would be on site and what they would accomplish while here. All of the workers arrived on time (by 8am); they were pleasant, customer-focused, and did quality work.

Kirk Hartung was awesome. He helped us with design ideas and was great at problem solving situations with our century home?. If any problems arose, we were confident Big Bear would make it right…and they did. Our new kitchen is fantastic - done on time (if not ahead of schedule) and within budget.

“Can't say enough good things about Ohio Buckeye Plumbing. I've had two sump pumps replaced, and had modifications made so that I am now using the recirculation pump on my tankless hot water system to get hot water, even at the furthest point, much much faster than ever before.

Jennifer W. came up with the perfect layout and was a huge help in the design and selection process. The job started on time and stayed on schedule. I doubted they would be able to complete it in the time estimated because the competitive quotes I received from other contractors were estimating almost twice as long. Imperial's time estimate was correct and even though COVID 19 hit at the end of the project, they made sure that I had a fully functioning kitchen and the job was done and they were out of the house. I was especially pleased that that they were able to stay on budget. My next project is the master bathroom and I look forward to doing that project with Imperial as well.“

“A few months ago we decided to get some much-needed work done on our house (Roof, Fence and Patio) and as we all know, contractors' schedules are so packed they can't even come out and give you a quote! So I reached out on Facebook and other places to get at least 3 quotes, all from friends who gave their recommendations. Montenegro Restoration won the bid for many reasons, 1. Actually called back the same day and came out to review the work that needed to be completed! 2. Provided a detailed quote within days (unheard of) 3. Followed through doing the work when they said 4. The roof was completed in 1 day! The fence was a challenge because of the grade of the yard, but what an amazing job. The guys were respectful, efficient, and resolved any questions or concerns immediately. The Patio gets poured tomorrow and we are very excited, we are already going to give Montenegro other projects because we trust their work, the cost is reasonable, the work impressive and they are great to work with. Every day they were on the job they cleaned up the boards, equipment etc...construction work is never easy, but they actually made it a very pleasurable experience. The installation schedule was always set around our schedule and the installers, electricians, and site manager were always responsive and professional. “Recently, Marcus and his group completed a total rebuild of our master bathroom.  This rebuild included the removal of everything in the bathroom (tub, shower, vanity, etc).  It was replaced with a new custom shower (shower head, body sprays, wand and rainfall shower heads), new jetted tub, the relocation of the commode, transforming the old shower into a new closet, the installation of a heated, tiled floor, new vanity, and lighted mirror.  All of this was completed in approximately 7 weeks.

Upon completion of the work, there was an issue with the heated floor. This issue was resolved by the team in short order at their expense.

The end product completely exceeded our expectations. Further, the team was professional, easy to work with, and a joy to have in our home. We are very excited for the new bathroom and could not be happier.  We are excited to have them back for future renovations“
