Raven is an excellent care professional! She has a delightful demeanor and listens to your story/ needs attentively. She provided me much relief for shoulder issues and coached me well in home based exercises to enhance the in-office treatments she provided. If you are looking to be "fit4life", I recommend this practice! I participated in their first "Transformation Challenge" with two goals 1) I just want my clothes to fit! 2) I just want to run a 10-mile race with an average pace of 10-10:30 mins/mile without getting hurt. I will say, I surpassed my goals with the help of Raven Anspach and the whole office!! I have run two 10 milers and my last average race pace was 9:42 min/mile! I joined Wellness Warriors to keep the momentum.
