My sister was here, the second day she was there, every staff member knew her name when I would.look for her, they knew her . Great communication by all, both Rhonda's were amazing , and Alyssa at the front desk. The staff would talk to me and not be in a hurry. Accommodations for transport to apts. I met so many kind and caring people here, I could go on....

The therapy department is great. Family member states the food is very good. The rooms are clean and activities offer leisure supplies along with group programs. Everyone takes the time and listens to your needs and talks to you like they care .

My mom had to learn how to walk again after a near death experience with infection from lymphedema. I was very apprehensive about sending her to a facility after a traumatic experience we had when she broke her leg and went to Country Place in Wickliffe. However, the staff and aides here were very accommodating. There was one issue that was QUICKLY remedied when it was brought to the attention of the office. Rehab staff are excellent. Brandy, Cory, Rhonda (Admin) were soo kind and really took time to listen. I would send my mom here again if ever she needed rehab..
