“I have yet to be disappointed coming here. The staff is amazing and helpful, they're quick but attentive. Could not be happier they opened in my home town and there when you're in need. Would give more stars if I could.“
“UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL (ST. JOHN MEDICAL CENTER). This location of University Hospitals has several departments. The Physical Therapy unit is on the 3rd floor which is also the location for St. John's Medical Center. Westshore Primary Care (Westlake) is on the 2nd floor of this building. I did regular physical therapy here for my back for about 6 weeks. The PT that I saw was great. His name is Eric Jankov (DPT - Doctor of Physical Therapy). He asked me the right questions about my back and provided exercises I could do at home. I met with him twice a week from April 2018 - May 2018 for 45mins to an hour at each meeting. I had less back pain after my sessions. I just need to sit less at work; meaning, try to get up every hour to walk around...haha. I know we all struggle with sitting for too long during the work day. Also. I may be confusing both locations of University Hospitals on Detroit Road but I believe I came to this location for an X-Ray as well. Westshore Primary Care is on the 2nd floor and Physical Therapy is on the 3rd floor *** - 29 total reviews in 2019. - 239 total Yelp reviews. - Reviewed on 18 February 2019.“
“Thee most knowledge staff of any Dr office I have ever gone to, please keep up the wonderful work you all do, thank you Dr Tenpenny.“
“Although I live on the east side of the greater Cleveland region, I went to the Westlake office because they had the earliest available appointment. I'm very glad I did, and will be happy to drive over to Westlake when my new hearing aids arrive. Ruth, the audiologist, was wonderful to work with and the office staff were quite welcoming.“
“I’ve seen both Dr. Barile and Khuri. They were both on time for my appointment and were thorough. I felt like a friend or family member. The office is clean and well run! I’m so grateful that we have them in our community! If you’re looking for the personal touch… pick this clinic!“
“Regency Hospital Cleveland West provides excellent patient care. Their staff is top notch and the speech therapy department and the rehab department is excellent and very knowledgeable. I recommend them highly!“
“Dr Kammer is great! He’s thorough in his exams. I’ve been going to him for many years. I have a lazy eye and when my first eye Dr retired, it took me a while to find a Dr that gave a thorough exam. You can tell that he loves what he does. His staff is also great! If you need a great eye Dr. he’s the one to call!!“
“I came here for a routine wellness check. Melissa Rutti and her staff were amazing. Kristen was very comforting since I am afraid of needles. I was in and out within an hour. Highly recommended.“
“The staff was very professional and efficient. The nurses were very friendly and attentive. One of the best, if not the best ER in Northern Ohio.“
“Dr. Benik is THE BEST. He is knowledgeable, patient and caring. The nurses and office staff are wonderful too.“
“When I found out my order was being sent back and I could not figure out why, I called the phone number but the office had already closed a while ago (EST vs. PST). By morning on the west coast another package was already on its way. That in itself was fantastic. Then during our correspondence figured out that they were sent to the wrong address and by the time I got off work another package was on its way to the correct address. I hope the person who helped me knows that they truly made someones day just by doing the job they do with awesomeness. Thank you!“
“I'm new to hearing aids. Joe Baker is highly skilled in doing the hearing exam (involves asking me my history, a physical exam, then my sitting in a sound-proof booth and listening and responding to various tones. I got an "audiogram" from this. Joe is cheerful and friendly and put me at ease. His receptionist-and-more, Tom, is very helpful. I believe my hearing loss was not disastrous, but I was annoying people by making them speak loudly and repeat themselves. Also, I sometimes had to pretend to hear when I didn't. Joe guided me through the process of working with my insurance to get the best price. It turned out to be less than I had feared. I've been wearing the hearing aids for three days and I do see a difference. My fencing coach says he was getting tired of raising his voice in order to coach me, and I also now understand everything he says, whereas before I sometimes asked him to repeat or just tried to guess what he was saying. The hearing aids are tiny, almost invisible, and easy to care for so far. I am doing a happy dance over my experience.“
“Rehab is personal and individual.Lab is efficient with barely a wait.Everyone at this location is very kind.“
