The lady's at the front desk always prompt to great you and even when they're busy they make it a point to reassure you they saw you come in and will be right with you. I moved over from Milford and my PCP is still in Milford, so when they can't get me in, or my provider is booked, CareFirst is near and is convenient located right off the 275 Exit. Before you wait for several hours at other urgent cares, or the ED check them out. Make sure you check in online and save you time and they will text you and let you know when to show up. “My name is Ronell Smith on 6/20 around 9 something I walked into colerain south carefirst urgent i wanted to be seen because I was having trouble breathing The staff there was amazing I had to get there names Front Desk Andrea got me checked in and was polite Medical Assistance Krystal took great care of me she greeting me when she came in my room she was polite and had manners she took my vitals and she kept me updated on what the next step would be she let me know that she was doing a breathing treatment she made sure she explain what to do and she wore gloves when hooking the machine up which was a plus for me because that something I had to put in my mouth to breath in she's very precessional I would come back to urgent and I would love for Krystal to be my Medical Assistance I love her energy and how she care for patients after the treatment the provider came in Shimmaine the NP came in my room she talked to me and explain what she will be sending over to the pharmacy them she said Krystal will be back in to show me how to hook the breathing machine up when I'm home One thing I loved about Krystal showing me was that she showed me how to do it than took it apart and had me put it together which I wish all people did it like that it's one thing to have someone show you but when they show you and have you do it so they make sure you know how is what matter krystal goes over and beyond to make sure patients are well taken care of and even when sick they comfortable and feeling better when leaving The staff for that day was amazing they have been the best staff I worked with since I been coming to urgent care Their have been other good staff but the grew today was the best keep up the amazing work you guys shows that the patients matter I left feel much better and happy with now having a breathing machine and know how to work it“

“Treated for pretty bad sinus infection, 8 days in. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. I got seen quickly. The medical treatment was, I guess, consistent with current thinking on using lower level antibiotics.Got nasal spray and amoxicillin. Neither did me much good that I could tell.I can’t recall getting Z-pack in 20 years if ever. So I understand not over-using antibiotics. But that’s what I was looking for to kick this. If I can’t get that, I’ll probably just tough it out in future.They did do COViD test, which I appreciated.“

“My daughter is a student at UC and she needed to be seen rather quickly. We got in and out fast. Everyone was pleasant. They ran a couple of tests and she was positive for the flu. They called her in a prescription and hopefully she is on the mend. I would recommend this walk in clinic if you can't get to your primary care.“

“I was a bit unsure to visit this location due to the bad reviews. But they were one of the only places opened until 11pm. We got in and we're greeted and checked in quickly. Nurse came in almost at the same time as we got in our room to gather information and access. We waited about 15-20 minutes for the doctor to come and look. He gave a detailed analysis and what to do and what to continue to look for in aftercare.“

“Cincinnati Children's Hospital has been the biggest blessing to some family friends of ours. Their 12 year old daughter received a bone marrow transplant at Children's Hospital Los Angeles last year. She was transferred here for a higher level of care & more specialized treatment. This team of oncology/BMT physicians is superb! They are intelligent, caring, intuitive, & intentional people. They have maximized her treatments & done a hell of a job trying to save her life! Their nursing staff on G5 is nothing short of magnificent. Every single nurse we've had has been nice, patient, informative, understanding, etc. There is nothing they can't do. They have made us feel heard, comforted, loved, & supported. This team is unparalleled. Our PT's & OT's are also patient and loving. They are so experienced that they have been able to rehabilitate her arm & her legs partially as well, after a stroke. Our girl is doing better thanks to this amazing team. Their incredible child life team threw her a 12th birthday party last week & it rocked! They went above & beyond, as if she were their own daughter. They dressed up in the theme, wrapped gifts for her, bought her a cake, & set up an incredible 5 way FaceTime on the TV for family & friends at home in California to join our birthday party. It was the most incredible day. We can't say thank you enough. We have not met one person here that we haven't liked. This hospital is a 10/10, they deserve higher recognition!
