“Dr. Gaetano is by far one of the best and one of the most thorough doctors around. I wish there were more of him. There are a few good staff members that I love but, the reason for my rating is because when I was just in for a contact exam. The older woman who took me back and came in and out of the room after he left to another room, was not very friendly. Not to mention it being for an eye exam for contacts and she opened them up and wouldn’t give me a mirror to put them in. The first pair I didn’t have much luck with so she came back with another pair to try and she opened them up and stuck her fingers in the lenses and dropped them in my hand. I thought it was very unsanitary. Which again, couldn’t even hand me a mirror to put them in. Her nails were also pretty long and who knows what could have been on them. I was very put off by that experience. Brooke is the best and rocks in every single way possible.“

“When arriving at Dr. Storza’s office I was greeted by a very professional and friendly secretary at the front desk. Doctor Storza was very thorough with examination of my eyes. He was very respectful and answered a couple questions I had in a very sincere way. Love the extensive lines of eye wear available. Normally get Silhouettes, but chose a similar more economical brand . Been searching for an eye doctor like this for four years after moving to Youngstown. Heard of him by word of mouth from one of my clients. Thank you Dr. Storza and staff for a wonderful experience.“
“Dr. Jacques Bataille was by far one of the most patient, soft spoken, kindest Dr's. I have ever had. His commitment to finding me the right contact fit was so appreciated. I wear bifocal glasses, so I need multifocal contact lenses, and well, let's just say it is not easy to find the right fit. I had to return 3 different times, trying on many different lenses to no prevail. He never got inpatient or gave up on me. He stayed committed until we finally found the right fit! I am forever grateful for him and will continue to return to him for all of my future appointments.“

“If I could give this 13/10, I would. Suzanne was phenomenal. She didn’t pressure me in anyway, but made sure I knew what all my options were. She was meticulous in making sure the frames I chose were properly fitted before she took any measurements, which she double checked. I’m so glad I took my daughter’s advice and went to Target Optical! Stylish, premium frames with premium lenses and all the bells & whistles at a reasonable price. Highly recommend! Will absolutely be back again!“
