Dr. Jacques Bataille was by far one of the most patient, soft spoken, kindest Dr's. I have ever had. His commitment to finding me the right contact fit was so appreciated. I wear bifocal glasses, so I need multifocal contact lenses, and well, let's just say it is not easy to find the right fit. I had to return 3 different times, trying on many different lenses to no prevail. He never got inpatient or gave up on me. He stayed committed until we finally found the right fit! I am forever grateful for him and will continue to return to him for all of my future appointments.

I went to Walmart to get my glasses ordered. I originally had my vision tested elsewhere and I had a prescription for my glasses. They were very kind, helpful, and didn't try to get me to pay an outrageous price for my glasses and helped direct me towards the ones that I could afford and would nicely fit my face.The glasses aren't the best quality, but that's on me for not wanting to spend more.

As far as the appointment itself went, it wasn’t horrible. The wait time to see the doctor wasn’t very long at all. However, I cannot give them a full five stars. I asked how long it would take my glasses to come in and they told me it would take 7-10 business days and not to come in until they call me. My glasses ETA was 10/05/2021. The fifth came and went and I got no phone call. THREE WEEKS PASS not a couple days. THREE FREAKING WEEKS. I get tired of waiting so I call to find out if they can track them.
