“I had a leak in my boiler system over the summer. I called Phillips and requested a quote on a replacement boiler. The crew came out, examined my existing system, and told me that they couldn't promise service before the 1st of September because they were dealing with clients who had catastrophic air conditioning failures. I didn't have a deadline in mind other than before the first frost. When the day arrived, the crew spent the entire day replacing, replumbing, and installing a new water heater as well as a new boiler. They were polite, respectful, and very efficient. They hauled away all the debris, and my systems are working wonderfully. Considering what I have heard others pay for HVAC systems, I think they were reasonably priced.“
