“I came home last night to 81 degrees in my house. The place I normally call for service wasn't picking up and another company stated they couldn't make it until the next day. I have two small children with colds and was anxious that they would have to spend the night in the heat. Phillips was there in just about a hour. He was friendly and pleasant in spite of it being later in the day. He stayed until he knew that it was going to work for us. My kids woke up rested this morning so I'm very happy. I will be using them again.“
