“Had a great experience working with this company and LeSean. I wanted to replace my return vent with a dropdown one in order to have the filter there instead of in the attic at the furnace. LeSean was super helpful with getting me a quote and was able to complete the work same week and for a great price. “He not only installed my above range microwave, but the most important part was installing the vent shaft with roof exhaust to be able to properly utilize the microwave vent system. He also replaced the old ventilation fan in our bathroom, where the old fan sounded awful when it was running. He came out the day prior to check everything out and was back the next day and had everything done in just under 6 hours. He double-checked everything to make sure it was all working perfectly and cleaned up any mess he made as well. I would highly recommend reaching out if you need the kind of work he does.“

“Keifer heating and Air replaced our furnace and A/C about 7 weeks ago. The owner-manager is incredibly knowledgeable and presented us with various options that would fit within our needs and budget. The installation was amazing-Keifer explained everything and made sure we knew how to program and care for the system. The attention to detail from the beginning of the systems preparation to the end of actual installation was outstanding. We were excited to realize the cost savings of our electric bill with our new system. Our old heating and A/C had seen better days and we were definitely overdue for a new one. Keifer was respectful of our home with their set up and clean up. And that includes the removal of our old system. Noteworthy to mention is how Keifer stays up on the most recent technical equipment for specific testing info and details of install. He came back within weeks to confirm all systems were working to perfect balance; to include, correctly and properly. “The installation was done back in April, but I wanted to wait until really hot weather before posting this review. Let me say right off that my experience with Viking Heating & Air exceeded my expectations! From making the appointment for a quote to the installation of the furnace and AC unit, everyone was pleasant, professional, and very helpful! The upstairs never cooled or warmed like the first floor. Over the past 7 years I've had service done to the old units and expressed the problem. No one offered any real solution. When it was time to replace, I got quotes from 3 companies. The pricing was pretty consistent from all. I decided on Viking because of their 10 year warranty and a local company. Day of installation the owner, Jeff Smith, came with his techs. I explained my concern with the 2nd floor and he said he would have one of his guys out to check how the ductwork was installed in the attic. They found the cause and solution. I also had an electric attic fan installed based on their suggestions. The techs did an awesome job. Friendly, answered questions, cleaned up. I decided to compare what I paid in electric last year to this year for July/August. Last year it was $345, this year $151. BIG difference. The house stays cool, lot to no humidity, and the upstairs no longer feels like an oven. If you are looking for a reliable company with excellent product and service, look no further than Viking Heating and Air.“

“Wife and I have been doing our own maintenance for years on the furnace and AC unit, my sister talked us into doing a maintenance plan with New Comfort, and yes she works for the company. I was skeptical on whether they can do as good a job as I could do, but I guess I was wrong. Jason came out and cleaned and inspected everything in the furnace and the outside AC unit, he even went as far as cleaning the coils and vacuuming up the dust and cobwebs inside the furnace. It even seems like the AC unit outside is quieter than before,
