Very pleased with all Viking services over the years - furnace replacement in a very tight space, regular maintenance of heat and air, duct cleaning. They have gone above and beyond - even opening our garage door with snapped spring so we could get out of our garage since the door repair company couldn’t make their repairs until later in the day.

I was familiar with Viking Heating & Air through my previous employer. My son was having issues with his furnace. I called Viking. They responded promptly and professionally. Viking was able to repair his furnace the same day. The tech even gave my son advice on how to keep his furnace and AC unit running properly. Several months later, my daughters’ furnace stopped working, I called Viking. They sent a tech out the next day.
