If there is a wait time, they will ask if I would like to use a different bed or if I’d like a water.The building is always clean and neat as well as the beds are. They always have clean towels and goggles.I’m always greeted by my name and asked if I want to tan the same amount of time. They always let me know when promotions are about to happen. If I need to freeze my account they do not pressure me not to.They will always explain what the different beds and products are, without pressure to buy.I have tanned at several PBT locations and the Gahanna location by far is the best!
