“I can get a degree online, never have to show up to a college campus. I can renew my vehicle registration online and not have to step foot in a BMV. I can have food, groceries, goods delivered to my front door without having to drive to a store front. I could go on and on however I’ll just say this. I’m order to cancel or suspend your Palm Beach Tan account (aka monthly charge against my $ / form of payment) you must go into the store. You are not able to call to cancel. You are not able to go online and cancel. My thought when heated about this policy was “it’s easier to get a divorce than to break up with Palm Beach Tan”. The canned response from the front desk professionals for the need to come in person: some people complain they were not the ones who cancelled the account.“
