David greeted me at the Counter and made me feel very welcome. I met a couple of the alteration specialists there. They are very knowledgeable and super friendly. The cleaners sent the jacket out of town for special leather cleaning. When I saw the jacket I could not believe the transformation . The faux fur felt so soft . It looked like a brand new coat.
