We needed my wife's shoes fixed for the weekend, and they were able to make it happen within 4 days of dropping them off. The staff was friendly, and the text notifications kept us informed throughout the process. A job well done for a reasonable price!

Had a pair of crocodile boots resolved and came back like new. He's semi retired and is supposed to be training some employees of the cleaning store how to do shoe repair. I only hope they can do what he does.

There is no longer a reliable shoe repair in my neighborhood, so I came to Gahanna, and was so pleased! I had a pair of favorite sandals that had worn down rubber heels and they fixed them so beautifully and on time. I highly recommend this shoe repair!
