“UPDATE: In September, one month after Jeff finished our deck, there was a strong storm and our neighbor's massive tree fell on the deck, destroying the privacy wall and causing damage to the posts, along with other damage to our house. Jeff was adamant on making sure our deck was fixed right. Upon inspection of the frame of the deck, it was PERFECTLY INTACT, just as square and level as the day he built it. Our A/C went out during this heat wave and needed replaced.
We received 2 questionable diagnoses and estimates from other HVAC companies. One company even quoted us $7k for just an evaporator coil replacement, but didn’t even check for leaks or say why it needed replaced!

Precision Seven replaced both Evaporator and Condenser assemblies for just under $5400. Can’t beat their honesty either!
