“This is my second time coming here and I have loved both experiences. Jessica was amazing at calming nerves and talking about what she was doing throughout the appointment. It wasn't all just step-by-step, but she actually had conversations with me that I thoroughly enjoyed! The second time around, she remembered details from the previous appointment, which is really awesome that she not just rememberd me as a client, but also remembered details from my other appointment. She was very thorough and her attention to detail was pretty on point. She took the time to do her job, but also didn't waste either of our time on frivolous things. She had a job, she did it, but made it very enjoyable with amazing results!
