This is a call center company with people who are not located in Cincinnati. They then sub-contract to those who are not honest and want payment up front. The repairman, Dwayne, showed up, in his own car with some tools and messed around with the dishwasher for some time. He was easy to talk to, but is not trustworthy, honest, or worth the time. I would stay away from this call service if you are looking for appliance repair service.Service: Dishwasher repair

I called and a lady with a heavy foreign accent answered. I gave her all my info and she told me to hold, then the phone rang again and Home Advisor answered and I had to tell the guy all the same info about what I was looking for. They have me a name and the phone number of a company, then they connected me to the company. I told the new person that answered the phone all my info of what needed done, this was Saturday. He said normally he didn't work Sunday,but was going out of town Monday so he wanted to do it Sunday. I texted him my address and he said he would let me know when he would be out.
