They fixed my mom's dryer when their competitor couldn't, fixed my business' washer and my home's dryer all in the last 3 months. They did all 3 repairs superbly, were professional, punctual, timely, and fairly priced. Vince even cleaned my dryer vent as a courtesy, since it was somewhat clogged. He wasn't there to work on the dryer at the time, but was working on my washer. He even made a special trip back to the store to get a ladder that would access the dryer vent in my soffit. I'll definitely use them again.

I give Allen’s a five star,had a heating element that went out in my GE range,Allen’s came out,and replaced,immediately,works like a new oven!!!I HAVE HAD GREAT,SUCCESSFUL REPAIRS DONE BY ALLENS!!!WOULD RECOMMEND FOR ALL YOUR APPLIANCE REPAIRS!!

I had an ice maker leaking all over my freezer and was looking to replace it myself on the cheap. After a few YouTube videos I decided it was above my DIY abilities. I called Allen's and they had my model in stock. I walked in and Harry remembered talking to me the previous day. His suggestion to bring the icemaker with me turned out to be a good one. Harry popped off the wiring harness, faceplate, and shutoff arm from the old one and reinstalled it on the new one. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Yes, it cost more than purchasing it online but the customer service and the expertise from Allen's saved me time and aggravation. I no longer have an ice block in my ice cube hopper.
