As soon as I walked in they asked if I was the one who had just called and I said yes, they took care of me right away and they were so very kind! I was at a ER that had one doctor when I called them because I had been waiting for quite some time and only one person was in front of me.Thank You Very Much Ladies“

“Shout out to Barb! An awesome and attentive nurse!! Brought my daughter in here at 2am for an ear rupture. Barb was professional but kept the mood light and funny even though my daughter was in a lot of pain. Barb got her to smile and chuckle a couple times. All of the staff that morning was great as well!!!! Made it a much better experience since it was so early. I felt like my daughter got the care she needed.“

“The Dr here is absolutely amazing! He is compassionate, pays attention to detail and has great bed side manner. The office staff and nurses are also great! I went there in pretty rough shape having an allergic reaction after a total knee replacement and the care was outstanding - even got a follow up call from the doctor checking in. My family has also been here for strep tests/ear aches when we couldn’t get into our primary and the care has always been consistent and kind. Thankful to have Monroe Urgent Care so close to home!“
