I just had luxury vinyl installed in two rooms. I’ve had a good experience. The manager was great with helping me find what I want and offering samples for me to take home. When those didn’t work, he found me some others. I found the one I wanted. He also got me the best price! The installers were on time and a great crew, very friendly! They were fast efficient and cleaned up after themselves. It looks great! So far I have no complaints, I would recommend and I will use them again myself.

Carroll's Carpets was great from start to finish. Installers were polite and professional. Prices were competitive as I got two other quotes and their price was similar to one company and thousands less than another. There was some miscommunication regarding needing a plumber to remove the toilet but they took care of the issue and paid for the plumber because they forgot to mention that we would need to remove the toilet ourselves or get a plumber to do so. My floors look fantastic and we are very happy with the whole process.

I cannot disagree more with the outdated, negative reviews about Carroll's Carpets. The service my husband and I received from the staff here was both prompt and professional. The quality of the flooring, padding and installation were all phenomenal as well. The gentleman who helped us pick our flooring was easy to work with and even provided us with customized recommendations to best fit our needs. If you are looking for a flooring store with fantastic selection and service, I encourage you to try Carroll's Carpets!
