Floorcraft has the best customer service in town when it comes to flooring. They are accessible and have great prices. I was able to get a better quality floor for the same price as what a big box store offered with half the quality. If you are looking for quality flooring at a fair price, this is the place to go. Then you will get the amazing customer service without pressure sales tactics as a bonus. Experienced staff with honest feedback on their product offerings.

Professional installers and good product for kitchen, entry, laundry room flooring and baseboard installation, replacement in vinyl and carpeted areas. Very happy with the end result.

Informative, no pressure sale, there when they said they would be, excellent installation, fair pricing. Good group to work with all around. Will go back for next flooring project. They even stored my material for 2 months while I dealt with black mold issues.
