I called Steve Jones Plumbing about a water heater issue. He called me back right away and spent some time on the phone telling me what the problem may be. A few days later he promptly arrived at my house, flushed the heater, taught me a few things about how it worked, and saved me from buying a new one. He’s been in the trade for years and isn’t hesitant to share his experience and talents with the customer. Honesty and integrity are rare in todays world, but you’ll find that with Steve.

Kristin has been cutting my hair for over 5 years and I have been very happy with her services. I always get compliments on my haircut and/or color from friends, family and coworkers. She is pleasant to talk with as well as she now has an App which makes booking appointments very convenient. Her pricing is competitive, expecially for what a great job she does cutting and styling. There are many hair stylists in the area but I still choose her because of the overall surpberb job she does.

The first person though, Mike, the Scissors Samurai/Clipper King, is a legend. I knew the moment I walked into the store the aura of power about the man. He wrapped me in the black apron like a prized ham and began his masterpiece that was attached to my head.
You could see at first glance that Mike is a walking legend of space, time and hair. The follicles danced to his gentle hum. My unkempt abomination of fur leaped from the cuts like butterflies trying their wings for the first time, gliding gently to the floor. I could sense he was a Sultan of Sideburns when the great work was completed. My followers speak his name in quiet reverence.
After I left the store, I had to fight off two women and a dog who vied for my attention. I took both women home but it was strictly friendship on my end, as I would not want their careless claws to crease my coat. The gift of my new visage by Mike is the only gift the universe has ever given me.

My family has been going to Emily for over 7 years. She is amazing and my boys absolutely love her. She engages with them, (if you have teenagers you know that can be tough at times). She truly cares about her clients and treats them like family. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. She is awesome!
Gary's Barber shop is the place to go if you want individualized attention. You will not be part of a production line. A great place to go for a haircut the way you want it. I felt great when I left. And,as,was said; I felt younger. And the price is good too.

John is a true professional! After searching for years to find a decent place that didn't cost an arm & leg, I'm happy to have randomly found the King O'Kuts. John will give you great tips to care for your hair, and suggest a cut if you're open to it. Listen to him! John has a high attention to detail and will take the time to get everything just right. Their business is cash only as far as I know. Inconvenient for some, but not really a big deal considering the service and professional care you're getting. I'm customer as long as they're cutting hair.

I always have a mediocre experience at salons - I go in, they cut my hair, and I leave sort of satisfied. However, I left Salons 117 so excited and empowered!!! Brie cut my Hair and was so helpful throughout the whole process. She talked to me about everything she was doing, what products she was using and why she was using it. I have never felt more confident in my hair and I'm so thankful I found this place!!! Will definitely be back :)

I have been wanting my hair a certain cut for years and no where I went would cut it the way I asked them to. I went to Niki yesterday and I asked her to cut it shoulder length and where I could flip out the sides and she did it. Not only do I love my hair but she only charged half the price I pay where I have been going.. I am totally satisfied!!! Win Win…

Aging can be a challenging process, and having your long, pretty lashes from younger years stay with you isn't always the case! After using strip lashes for several months, I decided lash extensions would be the better option. I couldn't be happier with my lashes from Liz at Pure Skin & Lashes. She is welcoming, kind and very thorough in explaining the options for different looks and the aftercare to maintain them. The studio space is very inviting and relaxing. Russ did a wonderful job for Nixco Plumbing! We are upgrading our 30 year old kitchen with new granite counters - replacing the sink and faucet sets with modern ones. Russ came the day before counter install to disconnect everything and remove and set aside the disposal. He came back bright and early at 8AM the day after the stone people finished to install and test everything to make our kitchen operational again. On disconnect day he also fixed a basement sink drain issue and serviced our water heater. He was on time both days and workmanship was excellent. Price was a good value for the work done. I would highly recommend Nixco Plumbing and Russ. I will call them first when I need additional work done.

Erick did excellent job. He is a very decent professional locksmith. I called a mobile locksmith without office or shop or truck or website a couple weeks ago, the guy charged me $1,250 for replacing a backdoor lock. I felt I was rippled off and let him go, but I had to pay him $250 plus tax because he said he had diagnosed it. When I searched for a locksmith this morning, I found High Speed Lock has physical address, services truck and website. I made the call this morning and he showed up afternoon, when I came to my shop, he finished the job. He replaced the cylinder and repaired inside door handle. It costs less fraction of the mobile locksmith. Highly recommend for any lock services. His business says: fast honesty and affordable; it's 100% true.
The locksmiths provided me with excellent service. They were really professional, open, friendly, and quick! I was locked out of my flat and needed a locksmith urgently. When I called them again, it took them 15 minutes to fix everything. Thank you for your amazing service, which I highly recommend.

The ladies that came to my house did a great job. Did the entire house, I even asked for the upstairs and they took care of it. I asked about the carpenter bees out back under the deck railing and they said to shoot the office a call and they can handle those as well. Overall very satisfied!

Hi Everyone I just wanted to give my review bcos of the awesome Job that they all did from my beginning phone call very professional and courteous. And got me in to see the dentist ASAP. The front desk was very welcoming and easy going. There was little wait time to go back. So my crowned tooth had been hurting since this past Thursday and by Tuesday I was in a lot of pain. I told Dr. Sing I wanted the tooth pulled. So he numbed me up really really well and pulled that sucker right on out!! Thank you all so very much!! I will be pain free now. Everyone was so professional and I'm very happy I went there!!!!!

This place is the real deal. Took my 16 year old son and his back has been injured for 8 months. He was in severe pain, with trouble sleeping, sitting, participating in sports, just about everything caused him pain. We have been to other doctors, chiropractors and physical therapy, and when he sat up after his first treatment at airrosti he said it was the first time he can remember in a long time that he wasn’t in pain. The smile on his face said it all. I was sitting there thinking this place is like some voodoo. They gave him some very minimal exercise and stretching to do at home and after two visits they released him. Not like other places that want you to keep coming back over and over. These guys are truly genuine and remarkable in what they do. I cannot recommend them enough. They helped my son immensely. Thanks
Dr. Spille is very compassionate and truly looks at how best to help people. I started out using laser therapy post surgery when PT wasn't helping and the surgeon didn't have suggestions other than to rest. After 6 sessions it felt better. I did another 6 and I'm back in PT. No more swelling or pain like before. Theresa is great, she did the tens, ice and laser. Everyone was personalable. Now I'm going to start going for my back. I like their hours as well as it makes it easier to make it later in the work day.
Dr. Slater and his staff are great. Their approach to treatment is wonderful. They have been taking care of me for a few years now and I’ve never felt better.
Dr. Murph's a fantastic chiropractor. I've been going to him for almost two years, and I didn't realize how chiropractic care was going to change my life when I went the first time! After he got my lower back on a good spot, I've gone to ensure that it doesn't happen again. He's warm, friendly and accommodating if you need to change a time or appointment. Carol is a delight, too! I highly recommend Dr. Murph if you're looking for someone for regular chiropractic care.
EDIT: I saw Dr. Murph each week during the last half of my pregnancy, and I'd highly recommend doing so! I'd been seeing him regularly anyway but if you're dealing with trouble sleeping because of sciatica related to pregnancy, you'd definitely benefit from regular adjustment. Makes sleeping in those weird positions you're not used to much more comfortable.
Dr. Kim is amazing and kind. My baby was breeched and after going to her for a week my baby turned head down. I continued to visit until delivery and was able to have a natural birth. Scheduling is extremely flexible. They were able to get me in right away. Will be going back. I cannot thank them enough for all they had done.

I was so scared to bring my Igor to an exotic vet. I’ve heard so many horror stories of vets who say they’re exotic, but have no experience or any idea on what they’re talking about. Anyways my little guy had to have anesthesia in order to remove a very clogged duct/pore. They were able to squeeze him in on the same day after the initial examination. The Dr did an AMAZING job and explained everything on what he was going to do. I would trust him with all of my other exotic pets that I have. Thank you so much for all that you do :)
Dr. Kaptan is the ONLY vet I trust! He is frankly the BEST. Not only is he compassionate he is incredibly knowledgeable and gets it right the FIRST time! If I could give him 100 stars on here I would. He has literally saved so many of my fur babies over the years (over 10 years) and given them better quality of life. The staff is so caring and treats the animals like they are their own. We tried out the boarding at My Pet’s Place and our dogs had a great time. They sent us pictures of the dogs and were totally ok with us calling to check in on them. I will definitely be using them for any boarding needs in the future, and continue to use them for veterinary services.
The Doctors and Christine get 4 stars for their compassion and care. The front desk however is a zero. I have always felt rushed in and out of there, interrupted, and dismissed. I leave feeling “it’s all about the money” the second I leave the treatment room. When I call, it’s just as bad if not worse. I have put up with it because of the DOCTORS. After today I can no longer do that. While sitting in my car crying about the urgency of my cat needing to go from there to the ER, they were more concerned about me forgetting my wallet. I get it…pay for services rendered. But no grace or compassion for a first time considering the circumstances? You have my records of over 10 years. I’ve never missed an appointment or had a card decline. I never name called, or cursed you as you walked away from me. I was calling out in distress, and as usual, you talked down to me, dismissing my feelings, treating me like a child, which was embarrassing because I was crying like one! Like I said in the parking lot, I get the construction is wearing you all down but to treat people WORSE than you USUALLY DO because of it? Not acceptable. Notice I’m not calling you out by name but you know who you are. I’m hoping you will learn from it. I sure did. I’ll never forget my wallet again. Thank you Doctors (especially Davis) and Thank you Christine for calming me down before I left. That was truly a blessing to me. I sincerely hope the construction goes as planned and will give you a positive work environment for all.

The facility has a lot of variety of classes to offer both relaxing and hot yoga classes. I have enjoyed the challenges and unique poses and styles. There is a strong focus on the core.
I was visiting Cincy and Nicole fit me in right away through text message (her business number works for texting for appointments). I love that, unlike most places I’ve been to before, this place is a small local business run by the masseuse herself. The location is a quiet, relaxing space within a professional office building. Nicole is exceptionally friendly, professional, knowledgeable of many techniques, and skilled. She gave me a relaxing/restoring full-body massage with also various pressure points (listened to requests for more / less pressure in the first ten minutes to get that *just* right). I appreciated how she was open to my questions and clarifications and made me feel welcome and at ease even though it was my first massage in about a year! PS: She told me she’s planning to get some equipment for her business to be able to do ashiatzu (sp?) massage starting sometime in the next month, which she says is great for high pressure / deep tissue back massage, in case anyone is looking for that “walking on your back” experience.
