Erik was responsive and helpful from the start. He was super nice, efficient, and reasonably priced. He did a great job! I'd highly recommend High Speed Lock and would use them again.
We've been having trouble with our front business door lock for years. It wouldn't always stay unlocked. I called Erik to come out and take a look. He asked what type of lock it was and explained to me that you have to hold the locking mechanism in with your hand in order to unlock the door. Turns out we were doing it wrong the whole time. Erik saved me a service call this time but I won't hesitate to call him if I need a locksmith in the future based on his excellent service and advice!
Called around town for a quote and found the *best* prices here with Erik. Took him about 30min or so to re-key 6 locks, even gave me 4 spare keys. He was very kind and professional, I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith.
