“I'm not typically one to leave reviews, but I felt like this needed to be addressed.I stopped in on Saturday morning; the salon was absolutely PACKED.Running the ENTIRE show was Chloe (I believe that's what her name is—tall, blonde young lady) alongside her adorable two-year-old daughter.Chloe didn't skip a beat—every individual in that salon could clearly see that she was the ONLY person not only running the front desk, but diligently ensuring each and every bed was thoroughly cleaned. Furthermore, there wasn't a single complaint from customers as we understood she had her hands rather full.She was on top of it—while apologetic for the delays, we knew it was up to her and only her to keep operations running smoothly. She was doing a PHENOMENAL job to say the least, and that young lady deserves recognition for maintaining everything—as mentioned—wothout skipping a beat. She was calm, cool and collected, and the way in which she handled the situation is comprehensively praiseworthy.PLEASE… give that young lady not only a pat on the back, per se, but the recognition she deserves. She undoubtedly deserves a raise, and, if you ask me—she deserves a promotion. Subseqeuently, I believe she needs to be recognized by your corporate office for the fantastic employee that she is.Wonderful job, Chloe!
